So I have some problems at home.
I live with my dad and uncle, don't pay rent but pay the light bill.
Now I never had a problem paying for this, but 2 months ago, my dad got a a.c. unit, asking how much I pay and that he'll cover anything that goes over. I however owed him some money so I never brought it up to him bout the difference. Now last month, they installed new electric readers, and my uncle during this time, has been going on more all nighters with his gf, causing my bill to go from $180 to $260.
I asked my dad if he's ok with giving me $50 a long with my uncle and my dad flipped out at me, asking me "how much more do I need to give you" which tripped me out cuz in the 6 years I've been paying the bill, he has not once asked me if I need help. The only time he did, he said that I would have to owe him $300 for paying off a $100 bill.
A long with this I noticed that my dad really hates helping me financially but has no problems giving $10 grand to my cousins in California. But my main concern atm is how to ask them to help pay the new b.s. bill since I think it's unfair that I'm paying for a.c. I don't get to use and paying for a drunk that's passed out with his lights and tv on.

I plan to write out a 'terms and conditions" simply stating that I think its a little bit unfair, that I just want $50 from them to only go towards the bill. Or that if $50 is too kuch, then ill turn off the breakers at 12am and turn them back on at 8. But if any of those are too much for them, then ill unplug everything and only pay for what I use.
Is that fair enough?
