>miss class for a few days because I was on a robotics trip
>Pam has things going on so she doesn't go
>need chemistry notes
>ask her for her number so she can send me the notes

>have acquired girls phone number
>start texting each other
>usually conversations about nothing
>feeling good
>be the summer between sophomore and junior year
>be at a bonfire Kevin was having
>Pam was there
>talk to her most of the night
>find out she broke up with Roy
>now I can pursue her again
>but am betafag so I don't ever ask her out
>be a junior in high school
>robotics started up again
>Pam says she is very busy and doesn't know if she wants to do it again
>robotics is the only time I would be able to talk to her face to face
>convince her to keep doing it
>start texting every night until the early hours of the morning
>be at robotics
>nothing to do
>Pam asks me to help her study

>friends ask me if we're dating
>say no but am pleased that people are thinking that it's a thing

>next day am texting Pam
>start talking about the upcoming homecoming dance
>she asks me if I'm going
>I say I don't know
>I ask her if she's going
>she's being forced to go by her friends
>says she's going to be really board and wants to find out who's going
>she says she doesn't have a date and it will be a miracle if she gets one
>tell her that miracles can occur
>she says it won't happen
>decide to finally become the alpha male I was always meant to be and prove her wrong
>ask her out to homecoming
>she takes forever to respond
>this is the scariest moment of my life
>she finally says that I don't have to ask her to homecoming just so I can win the argument
>tell her that I really like her
>she takes forever to respond again
>my heart is pumping
>she tells me that she is very surprised and this came out of the blue
>i thought it was super obvious
>that's woman for you I guess
>tells me she wants to say yes but she is very busy and needs to take time to think about it
>part of me dies inside

>still have a bit of hope
That was this morning
Still waiting for her answer
Don't know what to do with myself so I write down my thoughts here

only asking because we had the same choir/orchestra theme park trip in junior high/high school

also as a girl i don't think she's into you. usually if a girl likes you she'll give you a straight up yes. i think she's trying to be nice by not saying no straight away.

Move on! Get any girl to go with you. Don't stop talking to her either. Just make it like it didn't effect you emotionally. After her seeing you with a girl or two talk to her again and if you feel that way let her know still. You'd be wasting time trying to chase that nani
