it's just an emotional thing. he probably knows he was in the wrong. he might even be a nice guy. there's something about beeping horns and strangers that brings out the worst in people.

this, i always do a short, light beep whenever i think someone is being reckless, they never get aggressive about it

I rode down a turnpike on my bike and this guy almost rear ended another lady turning at an intersection. He blamed me because I was on my bike and was trying to compensate.
