I'm assuming you have bad social skills, if so it is a terrible idea. It's only going to be awkward. Generally you're going to need a reason to approach someone, for example, at dog parks, people somewhat expect to have conversations with other dog owners. At clubs, people expect to interact with others.
As long as you're not genuinely autistic it should be simple enough to know when to approach someone in your culture.

any big sized group would have TS or discord. specially OW since a lot of chicks play it too.
