If it's been like this a couple days, yes go to the doctor.
They can clean your ear for you.

sometimes you just get earwax buildup or some shit
dont just shove a qtip in there because you'll end up packing the wax down and making it harder to get out later
you might just buy something to clean it out yourself instead of paying a doctor though
