So I am a guy in a long relationship. About 8 -9 years. Ive known her for 12-13. We are in our mid 20's and throughout our relationship I've always been presidents of clubs/organizations and I always had a little asian girl as my assistant. At fist it became a problem, but I learned to control the situation. I never slept with them or anything but they just always wanted to work with me. Now its year 8-9 and I have a few girl-friends.
1 girl with a kid but no dad.
2 girls with boyfriends but they've liked me since we were young. I never went for them, despite them being cute.
2 girls without boyfriends but they party hard
I dont live with my girlfriend yet, we are going to buy a house soon so I know this is temporary., but once I drop her to her parents home after work Its like my second life starts. I usually dont confide in other girls but they confide in me . Sometimes i'll get them to make out with each other, if I ask (usually for my guy friends). One of them is my assistant and invited me over to her house when her boyfriend was out, and wore booty/camel toe showing shorts.
I feel a little bad not because It feels like I am cheating but its more of a moralistic approach. 90% of the time my friends(other guys are there)
Is it messed up that I enjoy girl company? Sometimes I like the attention, sometimes I get tired of bro conversations.

Its on;y "not cheating" if you tell your SO and they are cool with it. Its literally the only definition that matters.

Its more of a spur of the moment thing, not when its just me and them but when my guy friends are around. We'll pop up a few beers and they'll just make out. It would be a lie to say I know this wouldn't happen. But its less coordinated. I dont have to watch but its part of the fun atmosphere for the group-
My girlfriend has seen them make out and shes like meh about it. So its not like she doesnt know.

Looking at your og post again, it is strange you know they liked you but are still friends, that is something that definitely should be talked about with your girlfriend
