Making up with a sex ex

I was in a "sort of" relationship with a chick for a month. There were no romantic feelings, but we had great chemistry, had lots of hot sex and generally had a good time and a great relationship with each other.
During that time I met another girl I actually fell in love with, and even thought she lived in another city, I decided to commit to her, and thus had to let the previous girl go.
Since then I found myself wanting to reestablish contact with her, start out as friends. I texted her, telling her I want to be friends again, but when she asked me if I wanted to be fuck buddies again, I told her that my relationship with my current GF is stable, to which she said she doesn't want to make peace and is now ignoring me.
Is there a way to come through to her? I'm not keeping sex with her out of the picture.
