Just upgrade to thc oil pen. Refined so much it doesn't smell like weed. You think it'll be like skunk, but no, grape and pina colada flavor and zero residual smell.

Dropping bad habits is just making a decision and taking it one day at a time. If you really want to quit, focus on not smoking today. Then do the same tomorrow.

I'm a student, right now I get As & Bs while smoking but I really shit the bed 1st year (I'm a junior in uni now) and would like to really focus this year to get a 4.0 because I know I can achieve it if I put the time in at the library. I also just made it into the 2nd round of interviews for a job related to my major which could really help with opportunities after undergrad. My life has been pretty mediocre/shit up to this point, and I feel that I can finally stop feeling like a loser this year if I perform well in school and take care of my body, which involves quitting smoking.

I also don't want to be drinking as well (but I don't do that nearly as frequently, maybe 3-4 times a month) so this is partially a "how do I buckle down for school" thread too I guess. Any anons willing to share some tips on avoiding vices when you need to really grind?

I just try to make sure I only smoke after I handle all my shit and it works out pretty well. Honestly though when I take quick T breaks i feel much quicker mentally after only a few days not smoking.
