Get yourself a marketable skill, I'd recommend bartending (I think you can still serve booze at 18) its good money and will get you out to bars without necessarily needing to spend $ or have friends to be there.

Start by exercising - you can go for a walk every day if lifting weights seems too intimidating; then work up to running, or weight lifting, or anything. It will legitimately make you feel better, I promise.
