I usually have to unload around the same time every day, but it happens to be during work hours.
The problem is that the TP at my work is rough and irritating my anus. Is there a way to adjust my poop schedule so I feel the need later in the day?

Not a bad concept, but idk how I feel about carrying around wet wipes all the time. I can't take them out just to go to the washroom becasue then i'd be signalling to everyone in the office I'm about to unload

How about pocket-sized wet wipes? Should fit in your pocket without too much attention.
Alternatively, change what kind of food you eat, or try to change your eating schedule.

the color/consistency of my poos are 10/10, it's simply the time of day at which they arrive that is an issue.
can you tell me more about how eating differently will change the time at which my poos arrive?

there are small packgaes with only a few wipes that you can easily hide in your pockets
