why the fuck do I always have a feint smell of b.o, i put on deodorant and I shower pretty much every day, eat healthy, go to the gym etc. But I always seem to smell b.o and I'm becoming super self conscious about it

Thankfully no

Are you eating lots of meat? I find too much can hive me bad B.O. I don't use antiperspirant, just deodorant. I find antiperspirant can cause my skin to smell bad. Too much alcohol or drugs makes my sweat smell as well, not B.O but maybe relevant.

I do eat a decent amount of meat, not a big alcohol or drug guy but I'll try cutting back on meat.
I primarily use antiperspirant as I convince myself if it smells nice I'll smell nice, but It never seems to last long

Came here to ask this
>>18668140
wash your shirts maybe
Wash ur pits with like peroxide or something to rly disinfect them
>>18668140
>I shower pretty much every day,
Pretty much every day is not every day.
>>18668140
I've had the same problem & was even able to go deodorant free for a while. I scrubbed my pits well with regular soap in the shower. Then cleaned them with alcohol right after to get rid of leftover bacteria. I kept a small spray bottle of alcohol & baby wipes handy in case I started to smell later in the day. Grain alcohol is supposedly better for your skin than isopropyl but more expensive. Check those clean shirts, too. The washing machine isn't perfect.

People are not odourless, everyone stinks at least a bit. BO serves important evolutionary purposes mainly in finding a genetically suitable partner. If you maintain daily basic hygiene, it won't bother others whatsoever, even if you still notice it.

Yeah this. I shower once a day, again jn the evening if I've had a physical day. I always wear a clean shirt and underwear, and change my bed sheets and towel weekly. I usually leave the windows open at night.
This is basic hygiene.
I also don't wear deodorant or anti persperant. I think it blocks and irritates the skin and most people just coat it over their stench.
I've had zero comments or attitudes or looks about it, and I'm often close to people, in the train or at work. And honestly I think a faint musk is subconsciously appreciated by women. Confirmed by any hook up I've had, smell is a big attraction.
