OP, maybe I'm just autistic, but I'm not really seeing where it is you got the idea you liked her.
Women will eat and get tea with you. It doesn't mean anything by itself, but the fact she got mad about the foot thing should be enough to get the idea she doesn't have any attraction towards you--or if she does-it's not great enough to impact her feelings about you.
It's like if you like multiple girls at once, but some more than others.
