36mg of MDMA is like 1/3 a recreational dosage, individual pills in my area sometimes have 10x that, you'll be fine.

Do research on drugs you plan on taking and even better get testing equipment, drugs sold as MDMA which aren't MDMA can be dangerous.

Well I just mean most street drugs have a high possibility of being cut with something cheaper so unless you bought from a reputable seller off the darknet it was extremely unlikely to be pharmagrade mdma but if it was hold onto that dealer for dear life.

Watch yourself.
Don't do it too regularly. I used to do molly all the time but I had to stop myself because I liked it too much. It will mess with you if you're not careful. I get nostalgic even thinking about it and want to chase that high again.
