I have tinnitus w/ a constant sound and accidentally thought

try really hard to distract yourself. idk what it's like to hear it as words though, sorry anon :(

Smoke some weed desu, I know how that must sound but I had horrible anxiety and kept having repetitive thoughts about dying n shit.. To an unhealthy extent. But weed helped me break an extremely toxic and unhealthy thought cycle, so maybe it'll help you. Just a suggestion, hope you do OK bud

Basically I hear "Combo breaker!" b/c my sound has notes that form and kinda feel like the vowels in the words. And the "C" just comes from the accented introduction of the sound. Lmfao just the Killer Instinct announcer saying CCCOMBOBREAKER constantly. Which, in highsight, is hilarious to read and its perfectly fine to laugh. But its no joke when it prevents me from enjoy music, movies, anime, hell anything I used to listen or watch to I just get pulled out of the moment b/c its too loud to be masked. I struggle to sleep now b/c of it and it just becomes all I think about. I've legitimately considered medically going deaf.

I had this as a youth and thought there were 'aliens in the cave of my mind'. It sounded more like a looping repetitive tribal beat though. Definitely some 'word' sounding stuff though.

It went away after a while, I think just time made it go away.
