So to start off with, this is all completely online and I'm painfully aware of how stupid this all sounds so I mean if you wanna tell me what I already know, sure go ahead I guess.
So about 4 (?) years ago I made this friend (let's call them Friend A) online. She and I were both on tumblr and we were both those fucking losers who laughed at sjw's and whatnot so we got along. We became friends over similar interests. We had an extremely minor falling out after a mutual friend (Friend B) decided to break off their friendship with Friend A, but after we established some ground rules (The standard 'don't go telling Friend B about what Friend A is doing' and vice versa etc), we began talking again.
So to the present about... a month ago now? Friend A has blocked me over a misunderstanding over something I said that which I now realise could easily be misconstrued into something I DEFINITELY did not intend to say.
I've never met this person, but I mean we'd skype called and stuff, and I knew a lot about their family and stuff just from talking regularly in the 4 years we've known each other so we were basically long distance friends.
Tbh, I considered them almost like a best friend of mine. Anyway after being completely misunderstood, I've been blocked pretty much on all media so there's 100% no way to explain or apologise or anything like that.
It's been a month since this falling out and I've been having anxiety problems the entire time. It got so bad one night that I could barely breathe. I'm so paranoid now over just talking to people because I'm the kind of person that tends to get easily misunderstood. I'm not really good at communicating, some mental disorder shit I don't want to go into.
I don't know what to do, I'm at a bit of a loss. I guess I just feel lonely and feel like my years of trying to get better at communicating just went down the tube, so I'm a bit depressed at myself too.
So any advice?

Move on.
Anyone who would completely erase you from their life isnt an actual friend regardless of situation. You obviously had different feelings regarding each other.
