Its a release, an escape into fantasy, a hobby, a pass time, and there are certain skills it can build.

So its just like anything else: Do it in moderation, and its all good.

If its getting in the way of your life, you need to cut back. If youre prone to getting over involved and cant control your life with video games present, then you shouldnt play at all.
