How realistic is wearing a condom virtually all of your life? My girlfriend only wants one kid and doesn't want to take any form of birth control. No hormones, pills, implants, or tubal ligation.
Go and get a vasectomy...?

Freeze your stuff, then get a vasectomy.

Vasectomy. That's really it, at least for another ten or so years. Male birth control pills are in human trials in the UK, but not yet in the US. So if you're in he US, you'll be waiting a while.

Pretty realistic, just keep a box by your bed.

I've been doing it for six years and we're fine. Vasalgel is right around the corner too.

Honestly sounds kinda shitty. Also why doesn't your gf want the pill. Doesn't it have other benefits like no periods
Did she already have one? How old if so?
>>18664367
Pretty realistic, but it seem to unfair for you since she's like dumping all of the responsibilities to you.
Why wouldn't she want her tubes tied or birth control? I'll have benefits on her too like no messy periods/PMS when you nailed a suitable ones.

Get her charting. Works for people with regular periods who do it diligently.

No. We're planning things out now and naturally sex/children is an important topic. We're both in our early 20s.

Eh. I'm not really into long-term and potentially non-reversible solutions.
>>18664425
No. You can use the pill to skip your period if you really need to, but it's not good for you to do that.
It can make irregular periods regular, lighten a heavy flow or ease period pain and PMS. But if she doesn't suffer from any of those things it doesn't make a difference.
The pill also has negative side effects like infertility, weight gain, acne, kill your libido, among other things.

Getting your tubes tied as a woman is nearly impossible in most placed. My mother wanted to get hers done and they still said no, despite being 40 at the time and having three adult children.
As for birth control it's a much bigger commitment than just wearing a condom. You have to take it every day at the same time for it to be effective, and it has many negative side effects.
Both condoms and some form of female birth control is obviously ideal, but you're uninformed if you can't understand why a woman might choose not to chemically alter her body.

>charting
how effective is this?
