I just started college, and im in it for two years. I know that between all my classes, im not currently drowning in work assignments, but something that i've had a problem with my whole life is overthinking things.
I know what must be done and what to do but im always thinking about other assignments and things even when im already working on an assignment. How do i overcome my overthinking problem? I already scheduled my classes and assignemts out to the best of my ability on my calendar, but i still feel thrown off. Help me.

nothing wrong with overthinking as long as it isn't hindering your ability to focus on other tasks or get the initial job done.
