So I recently started taking Adderall instead of Vyvnase (i stopped Vyvnase about 2 years ago and my grades have been dropping so I thought since Adderall was so widely used it would be great). I got the prescription a few days ago and love it. Feels so much smoother, i can control my brain and actually want to do work without still getting distracted (I have ADD). However, it does make me thirsty real fast and i get hungry even faster. The Thirst I can deal with, but sometimes I feel like I'm forcing myself to eat. Is there any food you guys would recommend I get that's easy to go down and has enough nutrition to keep me going?
Alright Anon, if you want to stop eating well it is really simple all you have to do is 1. Place a bucket in your toilet 2. Take a shit 3. Next time you get hungry eat from the bucket. You won't be hungry long after you take the second bite! good luck now Anon may this help.

something that i guess is healthy and that keeps me full for a shitload of time (like one time i had this for lunch and didn't feel hungry until near dinner time) is oats mixed with a variety of seeds (pumpkin, flax, chia, poppy, etc. you can try with whatever ones you like) mixed with plain greek yoghurt with a bit of honey as a sweetener. sometimes i add raw almonds or a banana or whatever to it.
be prepared to shit like 50 times a day tho
