need help for my lil doge

Guys, guys, I'm getting anxious tonight. My 2 months(almost 3 months nexr week) pup won't eat anything. It started around Thursday night but he drank lots of water that time and was pretty active. Around midnight, he was able to eat his usual dog food, about half cup. Then the next day, he still won't eat, however, around afternoon, he was able to eat about a cup of his food and drankmlots of water as usual. But last Saturday which is yesterday, he refused to eat anything. We gave him half cup of milk which he drank then refuses later on. Then this Sunday night, he threw up a live worm which caught us off guard. The former owners told us that they had him dewormed last month so we were confident to take him to the veterinarian for his first 5 in 1 vaccine. But a couple of days later, he just started not eating right. We looked for every clinic to call tonight but they are all busy probanly being Sunday and all. I am very worried aince we were told that having the vaccine first before deworming is not strongly advisable. I am very worried and we are now makinhg him drink more water or at least force fed him with soft food just to have something in his stomach. Tomorrow is holiday which might give me a stroke.
