So i just got out of jail and im starting to wonder if there is something more to my problem mentally... I got a dwi after binging really hard for no reason when i visited my ex we are trying to work things out.... I got pissed at something she said and then left the house... before that just about anything will set me off im paranoid as hell of people sometimes and others im perfectly fine confident and chill. As of the past few years ive made all the people that care about me dissapear I have really strained relationships and dont know how to get better.

You have obvious self control issues.
Start examining why you do what you do, thinking before you make decisions, taking longer to make them.
Try writing what you plan to do down and then looking at it again in 5 minutes.

Did you not see a conselor/therapist when you were in lock-up?
