i dont know why but i stutter on words that start with w and some with h, my worse ones are what,where. and how. Also when people ask my name I have to say "my name is", or "I'm" or i stutter insanely hard. Its getting really annoying and awkward. Anyone have any tips

I'm also a dude who has problem with speech.
This may not be advice for everyone, but getting a teeny bit drunk and talking to yourself may help.
There are some moments when I'm drunk or when I'm just in the right mode of angry, everything flows very well.
Get a little practice in a situation where there is nothing on the line.
