I just wanna talk to someone and not feel like I'm a constant bother to them :(

I only really get along with 1 friend, and I'll be seeing less of her from now on, and even when we do hang out I feel like I'm always annoying her/being a bother even though she says I'm not.. How do I get someone to talk with?
