My girlfriend and I are looking at making money by producing homemade (non identifiable) porn. I'm thinking we'll need to do some sort of partnership with Pornhub, but neither of us really have any experience in this type of business.
Does anyone have any advice on how we should market? Are there keywords we need to focus on? Is there a secret to avoid being a "me too" channel?

You could wear masquerade masks and do some weird fetish stuff, like peeing inside her or snorting cum.

Post in /soc/ a little to see if you're even attractive enough to bother with it

You should focus more on promoting instead of keywords. For porn, any publicity is great publicity. Understand what made your porn different, and promote it straight to that demographic. If worse comes to worst twist it around to make it look bad for the general public so people talk about it (e.g. shilling).
So is your porn 'different'? If not its going to be an uphill battle.

Porn stars no longer make much money ever since PornHub took over the porn studios. They completely changed the model for porn films/sites.
Here's Joe Rogan, Jon Ronson on PornHub:
