The only difference is some cultural ones, different history and such. These social pieces should be considered a bigger factor than anything biological. I'm sure nearly all black americans could trace their roots back to slaves or at least someone who was living in the lowest poverty in the states imaginable found in the unwanted black communities in the south after slavery was btfo. Note that they were not welcomed to the northern states. Basically every black person could not find education, work, or any foot hold to improve. No one wanted to teach them or pay them. It's more like the culture of that time has had ripple effect throughout history. Generation after generation not being well off.

What do you think black culture has been able to turn into since then? It certainly takes more, even on a personal level, for them to achieve. One. Generalisations true as they may be do not represent any individual. The average person does not exist. For an average IQ of 95 (the american black average) you would have a lot of people above and a lot below. Same with average 100. So there are a shit tonne of white people stupid than the average black and a shit tonne smarter than the average white. In large populations trends will immerge but every new person you meet is an individual and will not be representative at all of their entire race even if they have a few "expected" qualities.

2. IQ really doesnt measure much at all. Its great for mental dick measuring. Thats it. It tests a few skills that intelligent people *tend* to have, but a retard with the right skills could score 120 and still be useless as wet kindling.

It also doesn't decide amicability, charity, altruism, honesty, ambition, dedication, any virtuous qualities youd consider a good person to have. Iq has zero to do with that.

3 and the most important: genetics gives a *potential* IQ. It doesnt hand you an IQ. You arent born a mensa member. You need proper environment, proper stimulation, proper nutrients, and good education to raise IQ intelligence and brain functioning in general. A born genius will grow up to be a janitor who can't tell his ass from a hole the ground if he didnt go to school and never learns to use that brain, or was fed mcdonalds exclusively from age 2.

This is important because the black IQ was 80 in the 80s, and its 95 now.
Evolution and genetics cannot increase an IQ that much in 30 years (1-2 generations.) its totally impossible.

i dont think iq in general is enough to determine the intellegence of a person in general. there are a lot of different types of intellgence, so you cant really limit intellegence to a single number. its just not that simple.
