The same way he was honest about his feelings towards you. Be the same way back and tell him that you're not attracted to him at all, and if he cares for the friendship, he needs to stop being oddly physical.
Also check yourself it might be just you being paranoid about it and just reaching now that you're conscious about it how he feels.
