its not. Your past experiences are a data bank you pull answers from. Ask you brain anything and it will give you an answer. The answer could be anything. Our brains our problem solvers Doesn't mean its right. But it will give you an an answer. change your perception and the world wont be wretched. It can be anything you want with the power of thought.

As a matter of fact, I do. We got really fucking far with hunting and gathering, then developed society and healthcare that allowed us to protect the livelihood of people who were doing neither.

And somehow people manage to take quality of life for granted, in a world where you don't have to fight anywhere near as hard from the get-go to make it. Drives me insane.
