I need serious help with fapping/porn. I know fapping is normal but personally I want to stop. I spend too much time doing, which is big problem #1. Big problem #2 is my fetishes are getting worse as time goes on. I'm extremely paranoid my taste will eventually devolve into illegal stuff. I want to just completely stop but I just keep breaking.
I have tried this extension to block all porn websites I can think of, but it literally just has a toggle on/off button, when I'm horny I am not thinking clearly and I just click it off. I have tried editing this system32 doc that blocks websites, but it doesn't block anything beyond the specific address. (So "porn".com would be blocked but not "porn".com/page1
Any ideas at all are greatly appreciated. I do actually have a girlfriend but we don't fuck at all because of a medical issue with her body.

Get prescribed some SSRIs by your doctor, they usually do a good job of killing a persons libido. You'll have to get diagnosed as having depression or something, but that shouldn't be a problem for you.

I'm actually on a SSRI for depression and have been for several months. It is a fairly low dosage though.

Tons of ppl have this problem and give advice, I just said the basic thing, thats why you don't get many replies.
Like I'm struggling with it too, I thought of it and it was tempting but it just stops eventually...
Idk think about how it may be difficult now for a few seconds/minutes, but then after you'll be calm again, and you'll feel victorious every time you refuse to fap.
Your brain will make all the excuses in the world, ignore it. Don't argue with it, just stop listening to it's reasoning.
Put your attention away from the brain, go down into your chest or stomach far away from thoughts.
Alternatively, motivate yourself. Have pride in not fapping, you don't want to do it so you won't do it, or it's below you, not worth it... It can make you feel worse if you do fap though.
If you fap it's not the end of the world, just try not to next time, seriously, 100% don't do it. Plan times to do it, talk to your gf about it so it doesn't become a weird thing.
