Any doctors? Am I dying, /adv/?

I just got a blood test to check if my liver is working well for a psychiatric medication I need to get started on. I just got my results, and it's worrying me. Particularly this:

Low HCM (26,80)
High neutrophils (70,60)
Low lymphocytes (14,90)
High monocytes (12,60)
Low Aspartat aminotransferase (0,16 µKat/L, 9,6 UI/L)
Low Alanine aminotransferase (<0,15 µKat/L)
Low Alkaline phosphatase (0,7 µKat/L, 42,0 UI/L)
I also have slightly low potassium (3,7), but that doesn't really worry me.

The thing is, I got a blood test last fall and I was completely fine. I haven't had any relevant illness or symptoms either, apart from those of my bipolar disorder. I don't have a history of any other illnesses, except occasional anemia (as my mom). My mom was also suspected to have leukemia once, but fortunately it was nothing. I've read low levels of lymphocytes might indicate leukemia, so I'm getting a bit paranoid. Hopefully I just have the same thing as my mum, so nothing.

I'm not seeing my doctor until late September, and I have a tendency of getting anxious, so this is actually making me quite paranoid. Any doctors who can help?
