Im willing to do anything structured and have in the past.

As an adult I feel I got stuck into a low-challenge rutt and lost some IQ over 6-10 years.

Now Im in a challenging occupation once again and need to improve my reasoning and logic.

What are the best ways to re-invigorate IQ?

Is it even possible for a 35 year old?

You can't just lose IQ hahaha you've probably got older so you're a lot more slow mentally, it happens to everyone I wouldn't worry about it. I was able to do maths very quickly in my head almost at calculator speed but now in my late 20s I still can do maths in my head but I take significantly longer.
