I have always had very thin/fine straight hair all my life. It was hard getting laid during my teenage years because my hairstyle looked horrible with the volume of my hair. I have always wondered if there is treatment for it but i have had no luck on google.
Am i doomed to suffer with this hair forever? I feel like my hair should have gotten thick as i grew up it never happend and i always envied all the other boys my age with thick and curly hair. Is their any options for me or do i need to get the buzz cut?

Fish oil, biotin, and vitamins c/b5/d would all be useful for thickening your hair. Most hair and nail problems are caused by deficiencies. Also topical sprays and even root lifting serums would probably be helpful.
There's a chance that your naturally straight hair just goes super flat and lacks volume because of what you wash it with. If you use too much conditioner it can weigh down your hair and give it the appearance of having no volume at all. Very stripping shampoos that contain ingredients like salt can make your hair have more volume, but they can also be super drying and cause split ends.
