How can I maintain a certain state of mind? I've realised most of my negative emotions stem from my own unrealistic expectations and wants of life, which inevitably never get met. The only time anything changes is when I actively make them. I'm able to go short periods in a certain mindset but I eventually forget it. Suggestions?
