Imitate aspects of their charisma that work for you.

You need to do things. Talk to peope, read more and try new things as they come into your radar. Test your limits and take risks and be more adventurous when deciding how to spend your time. Bland people are the ones who do the things everybody around them does. Be the spice in life.
