I've been taking vyvanse for almost a year now, from 10mg to now 50mg.

Up until a month ago it's been excellent, an almost non existent high that gives me a slight but noticable boost to motivation, and focus.

but now it fucking turned me into a husk, I take my 50mg pill at 10am, by 2pm I start getting EXTREMELY irritable, not angry or frustrated just get annoyed at anything. After that I just become spacey and will literally stare at nothing for several moments because my brain has nothing else to focus on.

If I don't take it I get depressed and absurdly tired and unmotivated.

I did some research and my dosage might to high, is this true? Or did I actually fry my brain? am I fucked?

I don't want to get off it totally, my work really relies on this medication unfortunately, my work is extremely tedious (9-14 hour long days).
