Get 8 hours of sleep every night
Wash your face twice a day
Place a clean towel over your pillow case every other night

I've always had it, these steps greatly reduced it after a couple months and medication takes can of the rest.

I know it sounds silly, but diet. The only thing that helped me was diet. Stop all the junk crap and eat better. Also, eat turmeric. It's an anti-inflammatory.

The possible causes are too many, not even dermatologists can tell for sure most of the times.
Just try them all if it's important to you, for me keeping it clean didn't work, a few lotions i' ve tried did't solve it either.
The little fuckers stopped popping up when my stress and anxiety diminished, but i also became vegetarian in the same period so idk what was it.
