My ex sent me this picture of us during prom saying " Always fun looking through old pics look at how goofy" normally id shrug this off cuz im trying to move on but she sent this at 11pm at night out of no where. I may be overthink the whole thing but what should i do

Its her feeling lonely. Whether or not she actually misses you or just wants some validation to help her lonliness pass is debatable - as is how you should respond if at all. Totally your call bro, it was your relationship.
