Secondly, most of these issues can be helped if you address them in the long term with your partner. Have a conversation with her and formulate a plan to maybe find some less stimulating positions, add lots of foreplay in between positions to lengthen the time you spend intimate or maybe just cumming, taking a break and going again. It's especially bad because most people end up falling into one of these two patterns:

1. First time having sex with a girl, it feels SO GOOD and SO HOT that the guy is rock fucking hard and after going nuts right after penetration

2. Really horny and start plowing the girl. Feels really good for the first few moments, but then it gets slightly numb because the positions you're trying aren't quite right or completely comfortable. Or you keep ramming and it starts to feel kind of mechanical - like you're doing it just cause it'd be kinda wierd to just stop. You tire out and either can't cum or it takes a relatively long time and a few tries. Then sooner or later you find one position that feels really good. You start going for that position sooner and sooner because you want to hit that release... now your body is trained to cum ASAP given certain conditions and you're always trying to bring those conditions about.
