If yes: find some money and get a detachable shower head, top-down showers are poor at reaching a hole which also points downward. Or you could learn yoga and upside down yourself so it runs down your face, your call.

Question 4: Have you had a doctor checkup in the past few years? There has been a rash of people not seeing doctors during the Obama administration.
If no: you need a thorough blood examination and probably a full physical. People are hiding many nasty things and they only grow larger with neglect.
