My girlfriend broke up with me recently, and its pretty much devastated me. I've come across some money recently, and I've decided to finish this semester and then go live in seclusion for a while. I'm thinking a nice quiet, preferably not too expensive mountain town where I can focus on walking and hiking and writing.

Sounds pretty chill.

I wouldn't burn all bridges though, you might get bored of the life and need to come back to the city.

Honestly, being with friends and family while you're getting over this is the best way to get over it. I feel like you may be making a bit of a mistake here, but seclusion and meditation feels really good too.
