The most surefire way, is to get fit, and learn to fight, either with a weapon or your bare hands. If you're a dude, work on your back, chest and arm muscles, don't forget your legs. If you a thot, do the same until you start to get uncomfortable with your image, then dress to hide the muscles you don't like.

For both sexes, an easy, and maybe fun/uncomfortable way to boost your confidence is to make solid unflinching eye contact with random ass people. If they look away first, you "win", if you look away first, you "lose". Its an intimidation thing, animals and humans both have this behavior. Give it a try

confidence is the belief in the truth of something. so self confidence is simply the belief in the truth of your self. you need a truth in order to be confident. Attractive men are confident because they know they are attractive. When a fat ugly guy tries to act confident hes laughed at cuz all hes doing is being arrogant.

but those are two different ends to a spectrum. most people are somewhere in the middle, and most of those people in the middle have confidence in the idea that their looks arent the end all be all, that while they may not be super hot, they arent ugly, so they can be confident in knowing that all other 'mildly attractive women' in the same league as them are more interested in finding someone who matches with them on a personality level.

Stop mental-masturbation, and own up to your own flaws. Instead of pitying yourself, solve the problem. Go problem by problem until you no longer have any flaws, and are the picture of perfection itself.
