Hey guys
It's a pretty rough time for me because my girlfriend quit our relationship from one to another day.
We still do things together, sleep together and just doin relationship things just without sex. Nevermind, it's just the reason I started smoking zigarettes again. It's just pretty hard for me and I/We don't know how we should do this. After 2 years of smoking I decided to quit it and I had no problems for the last Three months and now...
This shit again..pretty weak, I know.
I just don't know how to deal with it. I can't start and Stop Smoking again when I have a rough time, that's just pretty stupid.
How u dealt with such Situations?

You have to quit nicotine, not smoking. Cold turkey is the only way.
Withdrawls only last about 3 days. Keep your blood sugar up as it will plummet.
