I woke up today feeling this intense pain in the right side of my neck. This happens whenever I try turn my head in that direction. I also remember hearing a click in my neck whilst I was sleeping. Has anyone else here experienced this? How can I alleviate the pain? When should I go see a doctor?

It'll go away through out the day, at most until the next day. Your range of motion will slowly return to normal. Take some over the counter pain killers if you need to

I'll try to distract myself from the pain in the meantime.
