There's this girl at work. I realized she likes me at some point. It took time but I told her she's very pretty (she said thanks it's very nice) and always dress nicely (she loved this one very much). But she didn't reply any compliment to me.
Now is she waiting for me to invite her on a date, or is she not so interested, giving her answers ? If I wait too long to move then would it become weird?

At first I was into her at all, and to me neither was she. And then she started having huge signs of interest at a party with colleguas, saying "yeaah" when I arrived, looking at me all the time, asking me for help for nothing, and the likes. I was suprised at first, then at work she began winking at me.
