So last week I was in a grocery store parking lot, just backed out, and then was already in drive and moving forward when another car reversed into mine.

Took it to insurance thinking it would be her fault, or at least 50/50, but this bitch said something to make them say I backed up unsafely and now my premium might double.

How do I fix this? I wasn't even backing up! I can't afford the new rate and I'm starting to panic.

Please help. I'll have to sell my car if I get screwed over in this and my wife is pregnant. They said the damage indicated I backed up into her because there's a dent and no scrapes, but there's clearly scrapes in the picture!
