How can I learn to smile more? If i try to smile it looks forced.
Try to see it in a different light. To "smiling" there's always this large connection to being forced. Smile for a photo. Smile to look good.
You rather want to "laugh". When you think of laughing, you always think of it as a reaction to some inner feeling. Apart from a nervous laugh, the fun laugh always feels more genuine than a smile and that's what you should try to do. Laugh, the good smile comes with it.
Obviously there's more to the difference of laugh and smile, but I hope you understand what I mean.
Try to be genuinely happy instead. It entails more benefits than being fake for others.
think of a good meme that always works
i usually think about this one
Fake or forced smiles are pretty obvious because a real smile is broader and had the lower eyelids raised up to create more of a "half moon" shape in the eyes.
If you press your tongue against the roof of your mouth, you can kindof fake the lower eye crinkling.
