Moving in with my parents and no idea what to do with my life

Hey adv, I am moving back in with my parents and I've never been so humiliated before in my life. I moved out when I was 18 and joined the army, but recently i tore a tendon in my leg in a pt session and I can hardly walk, let alone be a soldier again. So I needed to move back until i figure out what I should do next, but I honestly have no idea what that is. I graduated highschool, obviously no college, and I have had no other ambitions other than being in my countries armed forces in the combat arms. I have no skills, and no idea what to do. My parents seem happy I'm back but they are disappointed I chose this life for myself. What are some career choices you would recommend, like I said I have never thought about doing anything as a civilian. I'm only 22 and I seriously feel like my life is over.
