When I get home, I feel so tired. I want to find time to work out and eat healthy. I also want to find time for hobbies and other things that involve being active. But when I'm home, all I want to do is watch youtube videos, play video games, or just lounge around.
I see successful people I look up to who do as much as I do, but also do a hell of a lot more on top of that.
Any advice on how to get to that next level and have more energy?
Erm.
Why? Work at your own level. It's your body that you are burning out

Because there are a lot more things I want to complete, and I'm getting old and really like where I am heading in my life, I just want to achieve so much more.

Get a better diet. If you don't take care of your motor is going to burn out faster.

I think this might be what it comes down to. It is easy in the states to just get fast food if you're always going from one thing to the next, but it probably fucks with the body.
Maybe I have to brainstorm about how to incorporate better things into my diet. Like fruits and vegetables and trail mix. Things that are "grab 'n' go" so to speak.
