i've been seeing this girl for a little under a year, very casually at first (i was fucking other people when we first met, i think she was as well, whatever) and then we gradually became exclusive the last 2 or so months.
She's moving though, to another state far away for grad school and I highly doubt any long distance shit is gonna happen. My strategy was to just enjoy the last 2-3 days or so with her, have her leave on an end note, and just follow each other on social media and bang if either us is in each other's zip code (highly unlikely but you never know)
problem is she's leaving pretty soon, and i've found another girl that i've taken out a couple times and sexed and she's into me. I feel guilty, but i don't think I should
am i an asshole or is this the right way to do things?

She wanted to remain exclusive until she left. I consider this early bang evening the playing field seeing as an attractive girl she more than likely has a bunch of dudes already lined up (she's lived at the place she's going before).

It's not about "evening the playing field", it's about being a faithful partner. If she hasn't been, that's on her. To be honest, you sound like a douche. So, yes, you're an asshole.
