I have trained muay thai for 11 years and I feel emasculated by men with great positions in a company (CEO/Owner/etc), men with more money than me, men with bigger dicks than me (srs), men with more friends and social power than me (this is a big one), men who knows how to do things like physics, math, medicine, engineering (intimidating). Also, doing material arts have given me a lot of complexes and mild OCD.

Lifting weights on it's own was much better. Health was also better.

Grass is always greener. Material arts is fun though, so try it if you want to.
