Hi, /adv/. What should I do when someone refuses to talk to me about serious issues in a relationship? Usually when I talk to this person, things start pretty normal but quickly escalates. He/she gets really emotional in a aggressive way raising his/her voice and doesn't let me talk or refuse to aknowledge anything I say. The conversation pretty much ends right there with he/she walking away and normally sulking for a few days until things get back to normal again.

No advice for you
As the person who usually does the sulking and aggression, you need to negatively reinforce their behaviour. Let them know if they continue it they're going to lose you. Never reward their behaviour by caving in and saying sorry or dropping the issue.

You've tried. They don't want to talk about it.
Give them their space and get on with life.
